Who are we angry at! Us I suppose. For not being truthful, not living our truth. If you are referred to as a fool, even though you realize you are not, however, you become angry anyway are you not acting foolish.  

Fear and anger seem to be synonymous. Fearful of not being like others and angry when we are separated from the crowd. Who is this crowd? I would imagine many fearful and angry people milling around looking for a leader!
